24 years of international experience in sales, marketing, organization and personnel development at QIAGEN, a NASDAQ-listed, 1 billion USD Biotech company. 20 years in global leadership functions, as vice president and member of the senior management team responsible for the life science strategy, the marketing vision, as well as projects for process and cost optimization.

  • 2014: Founding of plan1 solutions
  • 2014-2015: Personnel and leadership development, training, facilitation, coaching
  • 2013-2014: Organization development of the life science marketing department, innovation management, various IT-projects, e.g., CRM, digital marketing, web re-launch, sales app
  • 2006-2013: Head of life science product management, steering of global change initiatives, portfolio management, integration of merger & acquisitions
  • 1994-2005: Product manager for sample and assay technologies
